Your purchase grants you usage rights only. It does not transfer ownership of the original CrazyUI files, designs, templates, or intellectual property.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms and policies of the payment provider.
CrazyUI reserves the right to change product pricing, offers, discounts, and product availability at any time.
Any promotional pricing will apply only for the period specified.
5. Delivery & Access
CrazyUI products are delivered digitally.
After successful payment, you will receive access instructions and/or download links through the email address provided during checkout.

CrazyUI is not responsible for incorrect email addresses provided during checkout.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds are generally not provided after purchase because digital products may be accessed or downloaded immediately.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of genuine technical delivery failure or duplicate transactions, at CrazyUI's discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All CrazyUI products, including designs, UI components, templates, source files, graphics, written content, and code, remain the intellectual property of CrazyUI or its respective licensors.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright to the purchaser.
Your rights are limited to the usage rights granted under the applicable License Agreement.

Resell or sublicense CrazyUI products
Give away CrazyUI products or source files
Share direct download links publicly
Claim CrazyUI products as your own
Use CrazyUI assets to create or sell a competing UI resource library
Upload CrazyUI files to public asset repositories or marketplaces
Circumvent access controls or payment systems
Use CrazyUI services for unlawful or fraudulent activities
9. Account & Purchase Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your purchase information and account credentials, where applicable.
CrazyUI may restrict or terminate access where there is evidence of unauthorized sharing, redistribution, fraud, or material violation of these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrazyUI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.
