License Agreement
This License Agreement (“License”) governs your use of digital products purchased from CrazyUI.
By purchasing or using a CrazyUI product, you agree to the terms of this License.
1. License Grant
Upon purchase, CrazyUI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased digital assets in accordance with this License.
You may use CrazyUI products for:
Personal projects
Freelance projects
Client projects
Commercial websites and applications
Commercial design work
2. Commercial Usage
Both Premium and Premium Plus include commercial usage rights.
You may use CrazyUI assets as part of a larger design, website, application, or client project.
The license does not allow you to distribute the original CrazyUI assets separately.
3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
Redistribute CrazyUI products
Resell CrazyUI products
Giveaway or share CrazyUI files
Share direct download links publicly
Upload CrazyUI files to public repositories
Claim CrazyUI products as your own
Include original CrazyUI assets in another product for resale
Create a competing UI kit or template marketplace using CrazyUI assets
Sublicense or transfer your CrazyUI license to another person or organization
4. Ownership
CrazyUI retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to its products, designs, templates, source files, graphics, and code.
Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the assets. It does not transfer ownership or copyright.
5. Attribution
Attribution is not required when using CrazyUI products in personal, client, or commercial projects.
However, crediting CrazyUI is always appreciated.
6. Updates
Your purchase includes access to eligible future updates according to your selected plan.
Premium: Future component updates.
Premium Plus: Future component updates plus eligible Framer template and template-related updates.
Updates do not transfer ownership of the underlying assets.
7. Support
Premium customers receive standard support.
Premium Plus customers receive priority support for eligible product-related questions and issues.
Support does not include custom design work, custom development, or implementation services unless separately agreed upon.
8. License Termination
This License remains valid unless terminated.
CrazyUI may terminate your license if you materially violate the terms of this agreement, including unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sharing of CrazyUI products.
Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the affected CrazyUI assets.
No refund will be provided for termination resulting from a violation of this License.
9. Liability
CrazyUI is not responsible for losses, damages, or issues resulting from the use, modification, implementation, or inability to use its digital products.
